Open Access
SJSR has invested a great deal of time and money to present the ultimate OA online journal.

The Swedish Journal of Scientific Research SJSR  is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access.

BOAI: Participants at meeting in Budapest, December 1, 2001. ... The Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) is a public statement of principles relating to open access to the research literature, which was released to the public February 14, 2002.

Users can use and reuse the material published in the journal but only for non-commercial purposes.

'Use' is downloading or reading and not much more.

'Reuse' is making more use of the content, for example distributing, making copies, using in presentations.
